A lot of fertility issues are unexplained. Doctors usually don’t find any real underlying cause behind the inability to conceive a baby. Often, this leaves couples more confused than ever, but an easy way to cure infertility that is unexplained is to incorporate healthier changes into their diet.

1. Add more sources of fatty acids into your diet

Fatty acids, such as Omega-3, linoleic acid, and alpha-linoleic acid, are good fats. They are beneficial to the body in a lot of ways and they can cure infertility problems too. This is because they aid in the release of a mature egg cell and allow the development of the corpus luteum, which secretes the hormone progesterone.

Fish is an excellent source of fatty acids, as well as flaxseed oil and pumpkin seed oil. You can also get your daily dose of fatty acids from green, leafy vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, kale, collards, Brussels sprouts, and cauliflower.

2. Alkalize your diet

An acidic vagina will not help cure infertility. In fact, it worsens the situation because sperm cells do not thrive well in environments of high pH level. Eating meat, dairy products, and grains all the time will not help. Make more room for alkaline foods such as non-citrus fruits, vegetables and cereal grasses like wheatgrass and barley grass. Chewing your food slowly can also help cure infertility because saliva is also an alkalizing agent.

3. Eat your greens

Aside from the fact that broccoli, cabbage, kale, collards, Brussels sprouts, and cauliflower contain fatty acids, they are also rich in di-indolylmethane (DIM), a substance that regulates the metabolism of estradiol in the body. Estradiol is a type of estrogen that is associated with sexual abnormalities in women, such as low libido, moodiness, and breast and uterine cancer. The role of DIM is to break down estradiol into beneficial estrogens that cure infertility and do not come with harmful effects.

4. Have a vegetable garden in your backyard

Or, at the very least, buy your food from organic producers. Most commercially available meats are injected with synthetic hormones to make the fatter and plumper, and most fruits and vegetables have too much pesticides, insecticides, and fertilizers in them.

To cure infertility, you need to make sure you are taking in only the useful substances that will do good to your body. Organic meats and fruits and vegetables will not only cure infertility, they also provide more health benefits to your mind and body than you actually know.

5. Supplement your vitamin sources

Unfortunately, the typical Western diet of hamburgers and milkshakes on the go do not provide the recommended daily amount of nutrients that our bodies need to function properly, leading to all sorts of different problems, including difficulties in having a baby. To help cure infertility, load up your diet with natural supplements that make up for the lacking in your own diet.

B vitamins, folic acid, and iron are all essential fertility enhancers that women who want to get pregnant must take. Bee pollen and royal jelly, both bee foods, have also been found to cure infertility problems because of their abundance in enzymes and amino acids. It’s not surprising why the queen bee lays millions of eggs now, is it?

Doctors usually don’t find any real underlying cause behind the inability to conceive a baby. Often, this leaves couples more confused than ever, but an easy way to cure infertility that is unexplained is to incorporate healthier changes into their diet.
